CPR-AED and First Aid
Infant, Child, Adult CPR-AED and Standard First Aid
This certification class consists of lecture, visual and hands-on training. It teaches individuals to gain knowledge and become familiar with skills to necessary to prevent, recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advance medical care arrives and take over.
It also helps individuals to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situations. It teaches individuals to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory and cardiac emergencies in infants and children. This class is perfect for child-care workers, expectant parents and grandparents.
The training meets OSHA First Aid Guidelines and Emergency Cardiovascular Care 2000 Guidelines.
AED Training (Automated External Defibrillator)
AED is a course that is added on to many of our CPR classes. It focuses typically on Automated External Defibrillators and individuals are trained hands-on how to operate an AED in case of a sudden cardiac emergency to enhance their lifesaving skills. It requires active participation to be able to follow the AED prompts.
CPR-AED Certification is valid for 2 years.

To reserve a place and begin class, must call our office for seat availability in your preferred schedule. Class space is limited, seats are based on first come first served. Full payment of the tuition must be submitted with your application to secure your seat. You may obtain additional information by calling the office at (808) 848-9988 during office hours 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Forms of Payment:
Acceptable forms of payment are credit/debit card, money order or cashier check made payable to Caregiver Training School. When registering in person, cash or personal check is acceptable. Note: An additional fee of 4.1% will be charged to you if paid with Credit or Debit.
